Who we are
TheFullRestore provides trading card restoration services from Texas, USA. The fastest way to reach us about privacy is the message thread on any of your submissions, or Instagram @TheFullRestore.
What we collect
- Account data— name, email, password (stored only as a one-way Argon2id hash — we can't see it), and phone if you choose to give it.
- Order data — card details, declared values, shipping addresses, photos you upload, tracking numbers you enter, and messages you send us.
- Agreement records — when you e-sign, we record your typed name, email, the exact agreement version, a timestamp, your IP address, and browser identifier as evidence the contract was formed. These records are tamper-evident and permanent.
- Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers.
- Security logs — sign-in events and IP addresses, kept for fraud and abuse prevention.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for advertising.
- We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
- We never post your name or personal details with restoration content.
Why we process it
To perform your restoration order (contract), to keep the site secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests), to keep tax and financial records (legal obligation), and — only if you opt in — marketing (consent).
Who we share it with
Only service providers needed to run the service, under their own data protection terms: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), payments (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), and package-tracking lookups (17TRACK receives only the tracking number). No data brokers, no advertisers.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account is active. Financial records and signed agreements for as long as tax and contract law requires. Security logs are kept only as long as needed for their purpose. When you request account deletion, personal data is anonymized while legally required records are retained.
Your rights
You can access and correct your details in Account Settings, and download a copy of all your datafrom Account Settings at any time. You can request account deletion from the same page. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU, or the UK) you may have additional statutory rights — contact us and we'll honor them.
Cookies
We use only a sign-in cookie and a theme preference — no advertising or analytics cookies. Details in the Cookie Policy.
Changes
Material changes will be announced to account holders by email before they take effect.
